Kegels can be a helpful exercise in some cases. However, kegels can make a problem worse if you are experiencing other symptoms. A comprehensive assessment with our OTs will help you receive the best treatment to meet your goals.

The Pelvic OT is a fee for service practice and we do not currently participate with any insurance companies. You can request a detailed invoice (called a "superbill") to submit to your insurance company for Out of Network reimbursement. Contact your insurance company to find out more information about your specific plan. This fee for service model allows our OTs to prioritize client-centered care. With longer sessions, we can provide a higher quality of care to help you heal in less visits.
